Meet Shannon

Shannon Roberta Salmón is an attorney and mediator with a career that spans public service, community engagement, and forward-thinking approaches to resolving conflict. After serving as a prosecutor in Bexar County, she shifted her focus to helping families, businesses, and communities resolve disputes by finding common ground and pursuing compassionate outcomes beyond the courtroom.

She is active in several bar associations and serves on the board of a nonprofit dedicated to family restoration. Now, Shannon is running for judge to carry her values of fairness, collaboration, and dedication to a stronger South Texas community onto the bench.
